Hello, I'm Pablo. Over 25 years working with individuals has taught me that change begins the moment you feel safe enough to question any part of your life, and free enough to decide what would make you happier.
I offer evidence-based psychotherapy, drawing on psychoanalytic, mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches, tailored to what you're going through. My practice serves Oakville and the wider Greater Toronto Area, with sessions available online or in person, in English or Spanish.

Many men come to therapy after putting it off for years, often because they've never had a space where they felt they could be fully honest. My approach is direct, practical, and judgment-free. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, low mood, or stress that's hard to shake, we'll work at your pace toward real, lasting change.
Anxiety doesn't always look like panic; sometimes it's the constant background noise of overthinking, tension, or feeling on edge. Depression can show up as low motivation, exhaustion, or just feeling flat. Together, we'll identify what's driving these patterns and build coping strategies that fit your life.
